This is a mid 18th century mahogany tea table, standing on well proportioned legs. The table features a shaped knee, known as a lappet (an early feature more often seen on walnut furniture). The legs terminate in pad feet. The top opens to a polished surface, supported by a single swing leg. The table is fitted with a single full width discreet drawer - see images.
