Catalogue No. 1777
This is a mid 19th century (c.1840) mahogany chest of two short and three long drawers. The chest stands on shaped bracket feet, connected with a front apron. The drawers retain their original blue lining paper and turned wooden knobs. The leading edge of the top is decorated with an ebonized line inlay. The chest is in good overall condition with just a couple of old repairs to the feet.
