This is a late 18th/early 19th century (c.1800) mahogany chest of two short and three long drawers. The chest stands on shaped bracket feet and has cluster column decoration to each side (a much copied Chippendale design). The chest is fitted with later brass oval plate handles. A chest of good colour and quality.
